We understand that from time to time you will want to clean up some disk space on your server by removing old galleries. Since we keep galleries listed for about 8 months, you need to let us know in advance which galleries you are going to remove so we can delete the corresponding links beforehand.

The best way to do this is for you to use a unique string in your gallery urls changing it from time to time so that we can selectively delete only the old galleries you wish to remove while keeping the links to newer galleries intact.

In other words, you would start by placing galleries in the directory http://www.yourdomain.com/unique_string/ and after some time you create a new directory with a different unique string and place all new galleries in there. Then after a few months if you want to clean up the directory with the old galleries, you just email us your domain and the directory you wish to remove. After you have heard back from us you can safely remove the old directory.
